How to apply for the university?
Agent Submits Application Online
Submits application online for your students on our portal in your personal account. Admission manager will contact you to choose the best option at relevant university. You will receive Admission letter for your student in 1-2 days.
Sign an Agreement and Pay Registration Fee
Admission manager will send you Agreement and Invoice for registration fee and tuition fee deposit (if university that you have schosen chatrges any). Agency pay to EEUA USD150 our of 250 according to the invoice (if registration fee is paid within 10 days after admission letter is issued).
You can pay via Bank transfer SWIFT or Binance. Student sign Agreement and you send copy to us.
Wait for an Official Invitation
Invitation for study visa will be issued and send to you by email. Issuing time: 40-50 days
Apply for a Student Visa
You help student to apply for a visa to the nearest Russian/Belarus Embassy, help to make educational documents legalization, and pay visa fees at Embassy.
Student Pays Admission fee
After a student gets the visa, he has to pay Admission fee $700, that remains for you as an Agency Comission. A Student can pay it up directly in your office to you (preferable way - we will issue the receipt agter that if needed) or can bring it to Russia with the other fees - in this case we will transfer it back to you.
Prepare for flight
Agency helps student to buy ticket and informs EEUA in 5 days before students arrival.
Arrival
We will inform Border Police about the student arrival and our representative will meet the student at the airport.
It is hard for a students to pass border control if EEUA representative is not at the airport.
EEUA will make sure that the student will pass the border control successfully.
Final payment
At EEUA Moscow office a tudent has to pay remaining balance of a Tuition fee, an Accommodation fee, an Air port pick up fee (all the 1st year fees According to Agreement).
In some cases EEUA may request a student to pay the Tuition and fee before departure to Russia.

Transportation and Registration at University
EEUA transfer a student to the university (by plane or train). EEUA Local manager will register the student at the University and check the student in the hostel (dormitory). EEUA Local manager will support student during 1st year of study.
