Admission Procedure

School Counselor Provides Student's Documents & Discuss Educational Options
  • Provide student's documents (passport, high school diploma and transcript or marksheet, NEET results (for medical courses).
  • Share the student's goals and preferences.
  • Admission Manager will contact you to discuss available university options and relevant program offerings. You will receive Admission Letter for your student in 1-3 days.
Student Signs an Agreement and Pays Registration Fee
  • Admission Manager will send you Agreement and Invoice for registration fee payment (10 000 INR)
  • Student signs the Agreement and pays the registration fee. Student can pay via Bank wire transfer (SWIFT) or Binance.
  • If student has chosen a university that requires tuition fee deposit before the invitation is provided, the student will have to pay the deposit on this step as well. The amount of such deposit depends on the university (may vary from 10% to 100% of the tuition fee.
Student Waits for the Official Invitation Letter for visa

Invitation Letter for study visa will be issued and sent to the student by email.

Student Applies for a Student Visa

Student will apply for a student (study) visa at the nearest Russian Embassy, they can do the educational documents legalization, and pay visa fees at Embassy.

Student Pays Deposit Tuition Fee

After student has got the visa, he/she has to pay a Deposit tuition fee (1 term cost) via bank wire transfer (SWIFT).

Student Gets Prepared for the Flight

Student buys an air ticket and informs EEUA about arrival date 5 days in advance.

Arrival

We will inform Border Police about student's arrival and our representative will meet student at the airport. It is challenging for a student to pass the border control if EEUA representative is not at the airport. EEUA will ensure that you will pass the border control successfully.

Final Payment

At EEUA Moscow office student is to pay remaining balance of a Tuition fee (2nd term), an Accommodation fee and the Airport pick up fee (all the 1st year fees according to the Agreement).

In some cases EEUA may request student to pay the Tuition fee 5 days before departure to Russia.

Transportation and Registration at the University

EEUA arranges student transfer to the university (by plane or train if the university is located in a regional city). EEUA Local Manager will register student at the University and check-in in the student hostel (dormitory).
