Transfer procedure

Submit Application on-line
1. Academic transcript from Ukrainian university
2. High School transcript with marksheet
3. Passport (valid for 2 years and more)
Admission manager will propose you the most relevant university for transfer. You will receive the Admission letter in 3-5 days.

Sign Agreement and pay Transfer fee $1200
Admission manager will send you the Agreement and Invoice for 1200 US Dollars. You can pay Online or via Bank transfer. You must sign Agreement and send PDF copy to us.

Wait for Official Invitation
Invitation for a study visa will be issued and sent to you by email. Issuing time: 40-50 days.
In some cases entrance exam will be required.

Apply for a Student Visa
Apply for a visa at the nearest Russian Embassy. Legalize your Educational documents at Embassy. Pay the Visa fee at Embassy.

Pay the fees.
After you get visa you have to pay: Admission fee $700, Airport pick up $200-300, Tuition fee and Hostel fee for 1 year (According to the Agreement).

Prepare your flight
EEUA representive will assist you to buy your ticket to Moscow. You send us copy of your ticket 5 days before arrival.

Arrival.
We will inform Border Police about your arrival and our representative will meet you in airport and transfer you to university.

Registration at University
EEUA Local manager will register you at University and check you in at hostel (dormitory). EEUA Local manager will support you during all period of study.
