Invitation Letter for Russian Visa
The invitation letter will be provided to participants with paid registration only. Registration deadline is March 31. The attendee must provide all required documents and information for the invitation letter issuance.

The registration fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable payment, which guarantees your participation. Each delegate must pay the registration fee. No exclusions by country, citizenship or other reasons. The organizer books hotels, arranges meals and cultural program, make university campus tour and invitation letter arrangements. Please respect Organizer's efforts and intentions to arrange a nice and fruitful event for you.
Different conditions of participation are applied to the delegations: participation fee for the 2nd delegate from the company is EUR 400, for the 3rd and the next delegates - EUR 500.

1) An agent, who recruits students from Pakistan can attend the event if he sent us 5 or more students last year.
2) If an agent wants to participate in the event in 2026, he must send us 5 or more students this year.
