The Eastern European Universities Association (EEUA) is a Russian organization founded in 2010. EEUA's main goal is to help foreign students to get World-class and affordable education in Russia and promote collaboration between Russian & International universities for student exchange and hybrid programs. The Association and its offices around the world are engaged in the development of international education and help students to receive high-quality and affordable education in the universities of Russia.

Admission procedure

Submit Application on-line
You can submit your application by sending an email at islamabad@eeua.ru
Documents required:
1. Passport Copy (With minimum validity of 6 months)
2. Transcripts of Matric & FA/FSC

Sign Agreement and pay Registration fee $300
Once your application will be accepted, You will be notified by Pakistan branch office. You will sign the agreement and pay the registration fee of 300$.

Online Test
After the registration fee, the university will send the dates for the test. Student will give the test online either from his place or at Rawalpindi Branch Office in the month of September or October.

Invitation Letter
After successfully passing the entrance test, Student documents will be sent to Russian Immigration for an official Invitation Letter for the Russian Visa. This process will take around 45 days.

Fee payment
Before applying for the visa, the Student will make a full fee payment into the EEUA Russian bank account or can make a payment at EEUA Pakistan Branch Office. Payment invoices will be submitted at the Embassy when applying the visa.

Apply for a Student Visa
Pakistan Branch office will help students prepare all the documents applying for the visa and arrange an appointment at the embassy. Students will then apply for the visa.

Prepare your flight
EEUA Pakistan branch office will assist you to buy your ticket to Moscow.

Arrival to Russia
EEUA head office will inform Border Police about your arrival and our representative will meet you in airport and transfer you to university.

Registration at University
EEUA Local manager will register you at University and check you in at the hostel (dormitory). EEUA Local manager will support you during your stay at the university, guide you about the city and provide you with complete information about living necessaties.
